They were kind and prompt in their service, I was able to leave knowing that I had correct sizes and all items I needed for my children. Definitely will be a regular customer especially since this is our main store for uniforms lol

Went in there today to purchase rugby shorts for my son. Walked in and there were three ladies at the counter two working on something and the other looked at me walked in and didn’t even greet me. Didn’t ask if I was ok or if I had everything I needed. Then I went to the counter, paid and the lady just put the receipt on the shorts and was like “here you by go”, it was very cold. Not a do you want a bag if that was an option or a goodbye. Don’t come here for customer service you won’t get it!! disappointed, it was my first time here as well and a little help would’ve been nice!
The staff is so AMAZING! Amazing Customer Service!! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The Manager is also very kind!! I needed to return my uniform because I was going somewhere else. Normally they don't accept returns only exchanges but the manager was so kind and nice and she said its ok.
this web page has minimal info. I would like to know opening hours needs to updated on which school uniforms you have available, eg: ngatapuwae school i could not find yet i know u sell these uniforms. Someone keeps hanging the phone up instead of answering what kind of service is that???
So I ring up right 2:52pm they close at 3:00pm tell them could they please wait for me i only needed to exchange my daughters school top to a smaller size I was like 5mins away I got there at 3:02pm she seen me looked right at me and frowned I know would have been a hassle but it wouldn’t have taken much time exchange which is a huge shame because the young girl who had served me originally 3 weeks ago was amazing she was a star I would give her 10 stars if I could but today disappointed me & when my 13 year old says mum it wouldn’t have taken them much to just let us exchange the top that’s got to tell something.
Sales person who served us was very helpful and friendly.
Dont know if the lady had a bad today but looked annoyed, rude and poor customer service. Didnt even have my daughters size and noticed they didnt have much sizes for other uniforms people came in for. Yet they are the only provider for my daughter's school uniform. Should offer after pay so families dont have to struggle. Cost me $130 for 1 tshirt and 1 skirt thats alot of money for a family with 6 children and no im not on a benefit and cant get help from winz
