I took my 3 children today to get their ears pierced. Such lovely ladies! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here! Through conversing with them I could tell they had knowledge and experience! They were professional, kind good customer service and even gave my 3 kids lollipops in the end for being so brave! I’ve been here 3 times & each visit all the workers have had a bad attitude. I went in near 30 minutes before closing time and asked if they were still piercing and I was told that the “piercing station” was put away which was understandable considering the time. A family walked in not long after asking to get their ears pierced and the other worker on let them through. They’re not shy to hide their unpleasantness & they just seem lazy. Recommend going to professionals that know how to welcome customers properly
Yall! Don't even hesitate about this place. Crystal is the best ever! I got my rook, nose and other piercing done from her. She absolutely amazing at her job. Affordable prices too. Love it. Love ya Crystal!
Went here to grab just a normal ear piercing and she put the wrong one in was very funny and she took it out and replaced it free of charge and let me keep the other piercing so all in all, great experience. The piercer I had was also so lovely and had the job done very quickly and professionally.
Writing on behalf of my Friend who got her industrial pierced here on Monday, Despite the lovely service people What a mistake! It has been a few days and we’ve had to remove it as it was slowly but surely getting infected even after being cleaned correctly 3 times a day and not slept on. Her ear completely gushed out with blood and would not stop for at least 10 minutes and now having to take her to the a n e now due to so much blood loss.Service: Body modification
Had my snake bite piercings done from here, had a small problem with the swelling I was concerned about 1 of my snake bites, I phoned in & the ladies told me to go in so they can check it, I'm glad I went in because they put in bigger bars for me, very satisfied with my peicings, lovely ladies to. Thankyou lovely ladies for sorting out the problem ASAP. I've got all my other peicings from here to. I love this place for my piercings, I absolutely love my snake bites to.
I made a special trip from Kaitaia just to get my hands on the amazing goodies yall have instore! Staff was so friendly and helpful, they knew their stuff and made my girls experience magical Kim was super helpful and funny. Made this whole experience awesome If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 recommend
Ive had my nose pierced here amillion times only cost $25 includes stud and Piercing with gun, its quick & pain is like a quick pinch thats all.. my next nose Piercing I will opt for $40 option using a needle to pierce & immediately can use a nose ringso I dont rip it out while Im sleeping

Highly recommend Alexina these ladies were awesome as talked through the whole processes as I got many piercings done today. Very professional excellent hygiene practices. Definitely the place that I will continue to get my piercing done Excellent customer service friendly as made me feel comfortable.
