Not one employee is even trying to keep this place clean. These photos were taken at 1 pm, how on earth did all this happen by 1 pm ? This is days of mess and no staff care about cleaning
Look at those mess is the problem, but it's okay. The candle area is very disorganized and jumbled, making it difficult to see where to find it. The shoe area is also quite disorganized and difficult to hard to find what shoes I need/want. Some shoes has no price on so that problem as well. Please tidy up and arrange everything so that we can more easily finding shoes.
When I arrived at the store I walked in and wasn’t sure which direction the men’s clothing was so I asked someone near the front of the store. She replied by saying “can’t you see the sign” I said no as I wouldn’t have asked. In the end I located the men’s clothing but could not find the size pants that I saw that were showing in stock online. I asked another staff member who told me it was not her department and I would need to ask someone in the clothing department. When I did find someone else they told me that I would just need to go through all the clothing and I would have a 50/50 chance of finding the pants. All in all I spoke with 5 different staff members trying to get some assistance none of which were helpful and all of which were rude. With the way they looked at me when I asked for help I suspect my race was the reason and the anti-white attitude was why they behaved like this but in fairness my wife who always likes to think the best of people said it could also be just because they were generally lazy and rude people. But all 5? I’m not so sure. I left the store without purchasing anything and purchased somewhere else.
