The ultimate late-night spot!nI love that this Kmart is open 24/7. I went at 12:00 PM and it was so crowded to shop. The store is massive and they actually had the viral TikTok items in stock that were sold out everywhere else!
Very disappointed with the customer service at Kmart Manukau on Wednesday around 10:35 PM in the kids toy section. I regularly shop at Kmart and often buy toys for my kids, but this experience was upsetting.nnI picked up a toy to look at it and placed it back, but a staff member named Kylie rudely told me to “face it up” properly. The way she spoke felt disrespectful and embarrassing in front of my family.nnCustomers should be treated politely and respectfully, especially loyal customers who shop there regularly. I hope management improves staff behaviour and customer service.

Ever since this store has opened its been a breeze. All stores are now alike in the layout similar to its Aussie counterparts. The variety of stuff available is huge and it’s cheap. The quality is okay.nI like the selection of pet beds and other toys which are way cheaper than some speciality stores.nThere are always queues especially on weekends. Staff is courteous and helpful.nIt’s in supa centa so parking is not a problem. Good way to pass time as well if you are just looking around.
The old lady checking receipts before leaving is super friendly and lovely took my mother there for some essentials to take back to our homeland
