A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.
If you can’t do click and collect well, don’t do it at all.nnNot only do the warehouse take ages to get a click and collect order ready - they supply it in part, which means multiple trips to the store, totally defeating the purpose of click and collect.nnAdditionally, one item was not supplied so I thought it was missing - after spending time trying out trying to figure out how to contact them, I finally emailed the group. They did come back to me quickly, but advised that the missing item had been cancelled from my order and refunded however there was no advance notice of this - further wasting my time.nnDefinitely not impressed.
I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up.
Wow the Warehouse is very bad .nThey all Sell So Many Products With PALM OIL IN that is so BAD BADnnThe Warehousw is meant ro be promoting all natural products they pride themselves on this.nnHowever, many of their products tell you a very different story.nn.This Is, Very Dissapointing.
