Didn’t have the greatest experience last night at the check out. Only one team member at checkout standing behind a checkout closed sign telling me to use the self check out instead. I had my three children and a large shopping. When I needed help with the self check out I turned to see the team member had opened her register and was serving customers. We had to wait for her to serve others while 2 other team members stood to the side having a chat. When she finally came over to see what was the problem it seemed like it was such an inconvenience for her. She then told me I should’ve gone to the register. My daughter turned around and told her we did! You told us to come here and use this! I understand these kind of jobs aren’t the greatest but a little bit of kindness goes along way. Perhaps more training is needed or others should be on the registers that don’t mind dealing with customers.
They always have good sales on and I love seeing their clearance aisle. You can often find good deals if you look around. I bought the Refill Oral B tooth brush, and although the promo ended, they still allowed me to purchase it at sale price which I really appreciated. I have always had a good experience shopping at TW Pukekohe.
A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.
I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up.
Customer service is the worst I ever experienced,waited 15min for someone to come to Customer service desk after asking someone twice that I need to see someone at the Customer service desk,then they tell me open to see the damage and then gave me refund and then I say I want another item the same as the one i returned,the guy says u can do what ever I want and buy what ever I want in a annoyed tone,terrible staff even asking the staff on the floor for help they don't have a idea of stuff in the store,disappointed as I like shopping at warehouse
