Be aware regular for several years . Noticed using pay wave double charge in liquor store next store they own and super value. Unhelpful , disengaged Told see the bank did, helpful and raised a dispute 15 days for a reply . Gave print out and prove told go back to store as they had been paid the money from my account regardless what happened. Went back total denial wouldn't listen wouldn't look at proof from bank . Worse customer service ever after a Regular for years . Will never go back and or recommend .
Bad shop compared to New World. But they also have Monster Energy in stock so I can forgive them.
I do find some of there products are a bit more expensive & I suppose Super Value are in Waiuku & would cost a lot more expensive in freight Charges to have their goods sent to them by Trucks & you would expect Super Value Waiuku to put up the prices of items to cover costs of freight Kind Regards Peter & that's why I have given 3
Had left my wallet at the shop,got it back the same day..noticed some of their prices are competitive with the supermarket. Good place to go for topups.
These guys are awsum staff friendly polite helpful and better priced than new world reccomend to all
Great range of products and friendly staff
Staff don't care and are not helpful, owners not much better. Shop is crowded but still plenty of stock
Prices seemed good. But when you have to make 3 trips to the car to take out your purchase one would wonder why no staff member helped.
Good place to shop, at least this is one place who keep their shelves stacked. Recommend any time
Nice friendly people, meat selection not what I prefer especially for steak cuts, I would like to see thicker cuts for people who prefer thicker cuts but still have no bad points.
