We usually love Z Waiuku, the staff are normally friendly and great at making drinks.nnSadly, yesterday was truly disappointing. A new employee was rude, and the summer drink we ordered tasted like water. We went back twice to ask if it could be fixed or changed, but he refused and said we’d have to pay again.nnHoping this was just a one-off, as our past experiences have been good.
Visit regularly always polite friendly staff clean and tidy everything well presented public toilet available plus ATM open 24hrs highly recommend coffee, drinks, pies, smokes, flowers, ice, and so much more open 24hours which is fantastic for our town very popular car wash available trailer hire air for tyres vacuuming for your vehicle ect plenty of pumps available
I work in Awhitu doing traffic the coffee making at Z waiuku is amazing. An amazing staff warm & friendly
Called in to get a Swap a bottle gas. 2 guys behind the counter and no customers in the shop. Handed me the key like it was my job to get it out. Lazy behavior. I could understand if the place was packed and busy but it was empty. I unlocked the cabinet and got it myself. They tried to justify it by saying they had to wait behind the counter for customers. Experience like this has me questioning if I should take my companies fuel accounts elsewhere.
These guys make the best coffee and always serve it with a smile.
