Excellent customer service! Store was quiet so I was able to get amazing advice with planning an outfit I was going to wear for my birthday from one lady. I was able to talk to her as if she were a friend, very comforting and helpful!

Don't have the best range of stuff compared with other branches! Can you do me a favor and unlock all you changing room doors!! Everytime I come here and wanna briefly try something on I spend more time waiting for a changing room then actually trying on the clothes. Why have 8 changing rooms if you only allow about 2 to be in use and keep the rest looked up. Come on guys we've got things to do and places to be. Ain't nobody got time to wait in lines!

This is the SECOND time that I wanted to catch cotton on early at opening hours, only to see them still closed. The website and the board outside their shop clearly states that the shop's opening hours is 9am, yet when I arrived at 10:05 am, the shop is still locked and closed. This is unacceptable. Also the lack of phone answering is laughable. I try to support local shops but I'd rather just drive to Manukau in the future.

My daughter was using afterpay for the first time and called me for help, and I could hear them trash talking in the background. I think this is about the lowest thing u have ever experienced and will be following up with a very serious complaint. Terrible customer service, if I could give negative score I would.

G8, wife loves it! Good range & styles, From kids to Grandmas, something for all. Good quailty garments too. Valve for these trying times.

I love thier work out tights & leggings range & think they are the best for this price range. They fit very well, are durable, very nice & soft on & very wearable. Overall this company is targeted for the younger group but you can get some nice items for us older trendy ladies too.

Horrific customer service, was watched while I waited at the counter to be served, yet she didn’t bother. After waiting so long, was then informed that their eftpos and credit was down, although there was no signage informing of that. So had to get cash out to even buy anything. Bad.

Not good at all bad quality clothes and bad consumer service my top was damaged and I used it for few hours I found holes all around. And the online team. And products are not cheap this waste of time and money. Delivery is not good as well I had to wait too long for them to deliver it.
