Thank you so much Harvey Norman Pukekohe. My fridge and washing machine both broke down and i needed new urgently. They made sure delivery was next day. The delivery man turned up on time, installed the washine machine and fridge and took away the broken ones. The whole experience was so easy and got a good deal at labour weekend sale prices. You made my week! Great service. Thanks

Well, todays experience may have just redeemed yourselves from my previous when I didn’t end up paying cash & buying a $4000 lounge suit over your refusal to provide a delivery time. Today, both sales personnel were fantastic, Dyson cordless, massager, lady shaver & wireless noise cancelling headphones. Surprise of the day is the headphones, for an old deaf dude like me, I can hear instruments that I haven’t detected in songs before. Also, I can adjust the level of noise cancelling so can switch the wife right off!!  The headphones pause when you take them off - love this feature. Well done today.

I recently purchased a product from HN Pukekohe which had a fault ..they replaced it with no dramas which I really appreciated. The replacement was received sooner than expected again really appreciated..there was regular communication throughout this process. A big thank you to Luciana and Derryn for your outstanding customer service. Also would like to mention it is so nice to ring Harvey Norman Pukekohe and speak to a real person not an automated message. Well done Pukekohe!!!!

Got a belling oven and cooktop. The oven broke on the second use. Now have to wait 10 days for them to contact me to arrange for it to be fixed. They take your money straight away but can't fix things straight away. I do not recommend belling or Harvey Norman.

Nice store but weird customer service. The person was upset and rude because I didn't want to buy the product that she recommended me, then didn't leave me alone to browse the store and kept standing next to the aisle saying the one that I choosed is not compatible with my device when I knew it is. I could just ignore her and buy the product but I tried to explain that I know what I am buying but had no success. She just became more stubborn. I bought what I knew is the correct item and it worked with my device without any issue. Just wasted 10 minutes discussing. I wish they help you only when you ask for it!

Huge store with lots of home furniture as well as a decent electrical zone.  Great clearances. Was not approached to offer assistance or to welcome us to the store. Had to wait at the desk for someone to come and process our sale. Lots of parking and decent store otherwise.

Had to get dishwasher fixed after 2 years on warranty Shantel went above and beyond to sort it out awesome service from her to get it done thankyou

11/10 Customer service. Bought a bed frame sometime last year and only opened the box now to set it up and it was missing a piece so I messaged the shop on Facebook and in the same minute I got a reply telling me that they will contact me the next day and they did pretty early too and they had the part I was missing sitting at the shop waiting after many months. Very impressed

Love it when they have the 60mth free. Am able to get what I need/want with confidence
