Great store, great service. I have purchased both the HOOVER DUAL STEAM PLUS STEAM MOP and the HOOVER ULTRA PERFORMER STICKVAC. I have found both to be excellent products. Both perform to a very high standard. They have been money well spent. Highly recommended to all.

Went in today for a part to my vaccum. Thankfully they had 1 - secondhand. But they proceeded to give me false information about my product advising it would be a full component replacement of $300. Once i got home i found that the part I needed is $42 incl gst brand new. I paid $60 for my secondhand one

Great service. The staff know what they are talking about n they have a great range of selection. Product they recommended works a treat. I will go there again

Good Vaccum and steam cleaner choices. Purchased a multi steamer which was a little dear but it was worth the money. Good reccomendation by sales people and good customer service

Went there a few days okay, soon as we walked in a sales rep was on our tails, gave us a few suggestions for what we wanted, asked if we could have a think in our own but wouldn't back off, badmouthed Dyson and Harvey Norman and said we shouldn't buy vacuums from there. Went to leave the store to go else where but tried to get us back in. Went back in an hour later still the same service. Absolutely disgusted, wouldn't go back in a hurry.
