Had a new Jayline spitfire installed to replace our old one. Absolutely fabulous service and communication from the Pukekohe team. Installation process was fantastic. Love our new fireplace
Have spent tens of thousands of dollars in this store but still get ripped off on servicing that should have been covered by warranty. Took my mower in for some work after about 9 months of owning it. Expecting it to be under warranty, Asked them to advise me if it wasn’t. Get a call to pick it up and there’s and $300 bill with it. When I questioned about it received a smug response stating it wasn’t much money and to just pay it. Will not be coming back.

Awesome shop. Large range of Stihl products. Staff was very helpful I bought myself a new blower and showed me all the tips and tricks . They have a waiting lounge for checking out the fireplaces or just to sit and relax while waiting

Click n collect now, but had no problems. Like to visit in store but its the times, called first to check. Very helpful.
