Very helpful and friendly staff both times I’ve been. Offering advice and tips on what to get and what not to get. Unfortunately Animates as a company is overpriced, but as a store, this place is great! My springer loves his toys from here!
Arrived at 4.35pm closes at 5pm with our Staffy-Boxer cross. We were told we couldn't use the dog wash as it needed to be cleaned for 20 minutes prior to closing. As we were walking out, a family walked in with their golden retriever and were told yes, absolutely they could use the dog wash. So rude, and right in front of us. Will not be coming back for any of our pet needs.
Nice spacious store, got everything there. The staff are the winners of the store, very polite and helpful. Pop in, they'll look after you.
Super helpful friendly staff. Only reason I have 4 not 5 was cos the dog wash machine doesn’t have a pause so glad I asked hubs to wash pooch.

Why do you not stock smaller bags of science diet dog food I was told you only stock 12 kg bags and nothing smaller This is very expensive and not helpful $140 with 25% discount is a lot of money when you are stretching your budget to pay day - staff treated me with indifference - again not helpful
