We phoned asking the Noel Leeming Manukau branch to hold a Gaming Headset for us as we had a 60km return trip to pick it up. We wanted to be sure it was there when we arrived the following afternoon. They said fine - they will leave it under the counter. When we arrived at the agreed time they had sold it. Extremely frustrating to say the least. No apology. No offer to free ship to our home. Nothing.

Very helpful store clerk. Helped us find the dish washer we wanted and had a good product knowledge. Prices usually as good as you'll find anywhere.

I went in here yesterday to look at heat pumps and a dishwasher. We went and stood at the small selection of heat pumps ( none of which were priced). I brought up the webpage to try and get the prices on my phone. We were there for almost 10 mins and no assistance despite there being a number of free staff available- 3 of them chatting to each other at the PC section! We left and stood outside and decided to come back in and try again! Same result - no assistance !

Hopeless service. Seem more interested in doing something on a computer than serving. Ok they were short staffed, but still could have made an effort
