Had some good specials on Boxing Day, purchased a Miele Dryer for a great price. Easy pick up from the team in the Warehouse behind the store. Always try to buy local. Good deals - Staff in Bedding department always very helpful.

I have recently had some complex problems with my mobile phone,so I took it into Harvey Norman & a lady named Carley went to great lengths to solve the problem, you might say further than the extra mile, extremely helpful . Also another lady Rachel was very helpful too in sorting out a return, along with what was done a display of good P.R. & front line image. Keep it up Harvey Norman, with employees like this you will get the business.

Electrical/ computing sales staff less than helpful, pushy and clearly have only one motive (and its not providing customer satisfaction). One example I can provide is my partner asked a sales lady to hold the last of a particular printer they had in stock (it's not uncommon for this store to have low stock) while she found me to carry the box, by the time we got back the lady had just finished selling the printer to another customer.
