Hi Bruce , Apologies , tried to update via my phone , then it shut down, wasn't aware that it had saved half way through Your service , pricing and above all your knowledge has been exceptional, Your skills are brilliant to find in an era of Chinese imports. Your business is the everyday version of the repair shop. You make the old new , and breathe life into cushions , lounge suites , and create quality , long lasting comfort and support. If I could give no stars I would. I phoned this company to help me with and insurance claim and due to the fact that my lounge suite was not worth much the gentleman was very unhelpful. All I asked was that he might write me a quick email to state my lounge suite was not worth repairing. He was rude and inconsiderate and was not Interested in helping me at all. He stated “I have actual work to do” this was a formality I required for my claim and the next company I phoned were amazing and took only a few minutes to help me…
