Always a pleasure to go into the Warehouse in 5 mile and be served by the always smiling always helpful Savior. What a legend and an assett to the company. A shout out to Francy from customer service who always has a smile on her face and is an absolute pleasure to deal with xox Best selection of clothes and toys and not forgetting the pet section with the great priced cat food and accessories .

There is someone who works here who gives the most amazing customer service! I called up on Sunday to find out if something was in stock, called 4/5 times with no pickup - to get a call back 10mins later from this gentleman asking what he can help with and gave the loveliest service. I have again called today to check the status of my click and collect order and got the same guy and same awesome service! Doesn't seem like a lot but I feel as though good customer service and being genuinely friendly and interested is hard to come by these days so I hope you get to see this, thanks for being an epic human!

The Warehouse, where everyone gets a bargain, and they still stand by that. Best prices, large selection. May not be the best quality shoes or clothes but everyday items like creams etc are cheaper than even Pak N Save. Good for New Zealanders and tourists. Plenty of parking and trolleys.

Awesome customer service. Thanks to savior for sorting out our faulty TV.we didn’t have the receipt but he took his time to find  and coming back to us in few days. Gave us option to refund or exchange. Savior you are the star..nThanks to all your effort
