Worst service I have experienced. Not a single staff member in sight for over 5 minutes, could have walked out with whatever we wanted. When they did start to appear, all from 1 room,  no one came to help and we had to almost beg someone to help. If we weren't buying an item we wanted on sale I would never have given them our business. We arrived 45 minutes before closing time and still heard smart arsed remarks about "this always happens to me at the end of the day". Think about your commission mate and do your bloody job! All you had to do was box a tv and take the money. No further information or insurance options provided. Will never return.

The AA section in Smith city is the worst customer service you can experience in New Zealand. No people skills, no communication    what so ever. If want to renew your license You need to make an appointment. I had to wait 13 days?!?!
