The lady working the till was alone without help from other staff and couldn't exchange an item I needed as she didn't know how to do it. She got quite annoyed and was saying things aloud in frustration which was in my opinion unprofessional. I had to go somewhere else then return again once other staff were there to assist.
Great shop. Spacious and very helpful and competent staff. Dirt on floor of changing room was not good.
Fantastic shopping for the family & the staff are so friendly & helpful.
