Great place for inexpensive fun furniture and the staff are great.
I'm always greeted with a smile. Nood is my favorite store in Queenstown. I purchased on Easter Monday its Thursday only three days later and my sofa has arrived. Unbelievable normal mail takes longer than that. Thanks girls keep it up. Sonya
Customer service was appalling!!! When I approached the two staff at the counter they were both wrapping items, apparently not for customers. I went round to the staff person to buy an item. She was then asked a question by a customer, so ignoring me and she knew I was waiting there to be served, she then left with the other customer to look for item in store. Consequently, I walked out of the shop without making a purchase. She could have easily asked the other customer if she would mind waiting while she completed my purchase. I won't be returning anytime soon!!!!

The Staff always make an extra effort to ensure what your purchasing is right for you. Iv'e bought a few items over the years and ive never had any issues.
