Best ever service today at Taupo Warehouse the lady at the electronic counter, Riva? Not sure I have the name right? She was the Xmas fairy for me today. So so kind I hope her Xmas and new year wishes come true.

It just a typical Warehouse like you would see in the bigger cities. Great selection of items at great prices. Heaps of parks available.

Had a specific item we needed but they didn't have it which was a little annoying. The staff were semi-helpful. Eventually we ran to a store next door and got what we needed.

Years have passed since I was at this store but when I did go to the store many years ago I remember it was quite great so this is a store I would recommend

Service is always good and store is well presented. Staff are friendly and approachable. Checkout lines are too long. Need to have more checkouts open
