What rude staff. Asking to buy two diggers from the donation box, one staff member blatantly ignores me and other says come back in a day or two were short staffed wouldn't be hard to price them and I leave with them even though they're usually a rip off here won't be returning

Clothes a good price of $3 everything else, expensive as! $25 for a buzzy bee?? Edited as a reply.. 50% of your items weren't collectable and not worth on selling. Perhaps you guys need to evaluate what you think is an antique, collectable or something worth on selling. Of all my years dealing with the 'market' I've never seen it like this at a salvation army store.
Poor quality clothing, dirty items. Some crockery very overpriced. All for a good cause though.
I was looking forward to going to this store as reviews were good. Unfortunately for us and for probably many others who thought they might get a bargin, we're sadly mistaken. It used to be good going op shopping but now sadly, it is not a charitable cause for anyone but the charity. Great if you can afford high street prices but not fit ant bargin hunter. Sorry Sally's but the poor normal person will soon be priced out of coming to you and then, where will you be. Just adding this note, please don't go on about the dealers. If you put a reasonable price on, then Salvation Army makes money for the charity, if doesn't matter who buys it because it's the circle of life, you're not there to rip people off for the FREE stuff you get.
Unfortunately I shopped there today 7/03/22 and the maori lady on checkout was very rude to me. Wasn't impressed as I've always had lovely service. The people beside me weren't impressed with her either.
I love shopping in hokohoko shops and Salvation Army shops are my fave. There is so much variety and things are in pretty good condition. It feels good to know that I am getting a bargain and I am contributing to community care and support.

Massive stock. Some great finds although most have been pulled into their separate vintage section with prices to match. They take care with their collections and the layout of the store is great. Pricier stuff at the front in the vintage and designer sections, then your traditional op-shop racks. I came during a sale, all adult clothes excluding white tagged items for $3, amazing. Most of the clothes are missing tags entirely so it can be hard to tell if the item was ever once a 'white tag.' They have designer racks, so it's safe to assume if you pull from those they won't be part of the sale. I found a great pair of pants on one of the middle racks and when I got to check out it turned out they weren't part of the sale. Not a big deal, but the woman at the counter was quite rude when I asked why. I can only assume they have a number of issues with people breaking off tags, but I felt her attitude was unwarranted.
