Velo has indoor and outdoor seating at the back. It was a hot sunny morning and a portion of our table was in the sun which made it quite uncomfortable. I ordered the avo smash, I loved the pops of corn in it. The bread was also delectable and soft. I felt like the portion was very small for the price and everyone at our table felt the same about their meals too. The iced latte was great. Food and drinks came out quickly. Overall, a nice but expensive breakfast option
My experience was absolutely amazing, everything was great, the coffee, the food and the environment.nWe ordered the avocado smashed with bacon and toasted ciabatta with halloumi and scrambled egg and no regrets, it was just perfect. Definitely recommend!
Wow - what a great cafe!nnHad breakfast here this morning. The food and drink were delicious and wholesome.nnI had the golden chai and I can’t remember the exact name of the dish was but both were superb, well presented and reasonably priced. Service was also mega quick. The food came in what felt like 10 minutes followed closely by the drinks.nnLoved the atmosphere of the place and the staff were all lovely too. Very creative and homely environment with more seating than I initially thought.nnWould DEFINITELY come back
Food is amazing, coffee was next level good they are using Kai coffee beans, our favorite, and the service is fast and friendly. Staff were kind and courteous. Dog friendly seating at the back. This cafe is a staple when we go to sunny coast. Highly recommended!
If you’re looking for something tasty and healthy, this is the place. They also do great smoothies. The service and the vibe of the Velo is great and we will be back next time we’re passing through!
