promise i’ve never waited so long for one person to make a couple sandwiches. me and my 3 other friends came in to get some sandwhiches and it took 20 minutes for the lady to make 4 sandwiches, whilst in a rush, and we left with cold food. she showed no hurry and we watched 4 possibly customers leave the store after waiting for over 10 minutes as she was taking too long with our own sandwiches. trust i will not let this slide. please at least put another sandwich maker on as the other staff didn’t help the maker at all, just walked around and occasionally filled the foods. do better. garlic bread also didn’t look ANYTHING like the photo and was quite awful if i’ll keep it a buck.
Probably the worst subway on the Sunshine Coast. Absolutely appalled when the young lady was making My sub was coughing on it. I’ve been there twice in the last six months and it’s terrible every time. 1 out of 10 do not recommend
This doesn’t even deserve the one star, feel bad for the guys that were working 31/01/26 they were definitely not properly trained it was actually sad, yes we were fed up with the service. At first the toaster wasn’t working and then thing after thing not following food safety and hygiene procedures. This is the third bad experience we have had there one of those including pigeons in the back and we’re good is being prepped
Worst subway meal ever.nDry wraps, didn’t put dressing at all on wraps,nCouldn’t even wrap them up properly, they just fell apart on unwrapping the paper.nThe guy and girl who were working seemed like they had just had a fight. Hardly spoke to customers and didn’t talk to each other the whole time I was in the shop.
This subway needs order and I am putting nearly full blame on the managers and owners. We went in today around lunch time, which I understand is a rush, however, if you are set in a well known popular area, you would maybe want more than 2 staff on during lunch rush. Unacceptable. The staff need to be completely trained before being left alone as clearly the managers are neglecting them and leaving them to fend for themselves in broad daylight. The wait time initially was a disappointment and then as soon as we began the terror there was no hi, hello or how are you before taking our order. Customers service?? The staff were all over the place with our orders and could not remember which was which. No pens to mark the subs and not much communication between the 2 girls. There was obviously a staff member who hadn’t been trained properly, which I understand, but if you have a trainee, you should have an extra staff member to assist with serving. Health and safety in the workplace is critical, the staff were using the same gloves the entire time we were in store as they used the till, did salads, breads, meats, etc. the cross contamination was extreme. If there were serious allergies or for example a coeliac was ordering and the gluten transferred, what would you do? Overall, the food was mediocre and I will not be returning to this Subway until the managers and owners have trained their staff correctly. Do your job.
