Came in on a Saturday evening and while one server was polite, the other was dismissive and rude.nThe servers put way too little toppings on the sandwiches. You're supposed have four scoops of of tuna on a footlong, but I got only two scoops. They were resistant when we asked for morenThey toasted the sandwiches too short and they were cold. This also meant that any raw toppings that need to be cooked were undercooked.nMy sister was ill a few hours after, as they didn't cook the bacon long enough.nI do not recommend coming here any time soon.
Came in on Thursday at 1pm. The workers were the slowest i have ever experienced. They moved with no urgency and got confused with orders. had a line up out the door due to slowness. poorly wrapped and the smallest amount of produce put in the sandwich. no gluten free options. it took twenty minutes for two six inch subs. rather than getting a refill for almost empty products, just gave a tiny amount instead of getting a new one and giving optimal. never going there again.
One star is too many- possibly the worst and most frustrating experience at a Subway ever! Staff were completely incompetent with many customers even helping explain what ingredients needed to go in their subs. This was 1.30pm on a busy Saturday and not a strong staff member to be seen- all bumbling over each other and showing no signs of any training.nI ordered the buffalo chn sub and when I bit into it to my shock realised the boy had put hot sauce on instead- then in was such an ordeal to have it re made correctly.nOrdered a kids pack for my child and wasn’t offered or given any of the items aside from the sub - then when I asked after paying, they didn’t have any in stock and wouldn’t substitute with another drink unless I paid more?nAvoid the disappointment - go literally anywhere else!!
Along with having different food options, absolutely delicious, their staff is amazing, they’ll being very nice to you , supper friendly, especially manager……highly recommended
I will never go there again because of the attitude of the woman, probably Indian, who works there. She never greeted me, and was super unprofessional in making the food, and even threw the cash change at me. I rarely write reviews, but I am writing this one because I was offended by the attitude. I think she should learn about hospitality as she is paid to do so.
