My husband, 16 month old daughter and I went here for lunch and we were very impressed. The staff were friendly and very attentive. They were helpful with helping us find a baby change room too. The food was wonderful and my daughter's food came out quickly - which was needed as my toddler was hungry! The kids meal even came with a salad, which meant I could try and get some vegetables in to her. And to top it off, the view and sea breeze at our table made our lunch an enjoyable experience.

The food was fine, the service at the table was good but when paying we were left with a terrible lasting impression. How disappointing to be short changed first of all but when I was counting it the girl proceeded to rudely say how much change I should have gotten even though she was wrong. It was only a $1 so I wouldn’t have said anything anyway but she was so rude shouting it across the coffee machine.  I corrected her on how much I had given and said I didn’t care about the $1 but her customer service was awful she didn’t agree and didn’t offer to give it back. Another girl was there and tried to give it from her tip jar, I refused this as it wasn’t about the money, wouldn’t go back after this. Shame as the waiter and waitresses on the floor were lovely.

Thank you to the amazing waitress Lauren at Entice in Mooloolaba! You were a gem!! My husband and I had half an hour to sneak a quick breakfast in before we were due back home and the place was packed! Lauren you seemed to always just be there when I had a question and kept things moving very fast along with being attentive to other tables around us! To the owners of Entice - Lauren is a keeper!!! ☺ Thank you for a beautiful meal and coffees as well!
