I just bought a second hand bike elsewhere and needed all the gears and whistles so went in and Will was super helpful. Got everything I need helmet, lock, lights, bottle , phone holder, bags and he was very patient explaining everything.

I came in with a flat tyre and was quite upset and worried about the process and the cost involved. Will was amazing and helped change my bike tube and tape, all while walking me through the entire process. Top service, I will be coming back! Stopped in to have some spokes retensioned and wheel retrued, half expecting them to ask me to make a booking. They were more than happy to do it in the spot, were very friendly and made good conversation while the job was done. Will definitely be going back.

The staff at Rideshop are so friendly and helpful. I used to go to another bike shop nearby, but found that I was often ignored, standing in the doorway while usually the men had discussions among themselves around me. When I walked into Rideshop for the first time I was greeted, the staff showed interest in me and provided helpful service. I've been going back there for the past six months and they are fantastic every time. They have gained a loyal customer.
