Comfortable, reclining seats, seatbelt and WiFi on some of the coaches. Efficient between Sydney and Canberra. Express Service and Toilet onboard. No hot food or beverages allowed. Seats are allocated. Helpful staff.
This is to let everyone know about our disappointing experience with Murray’s bus service from Sydney Airport to Canberra. We booked 3 flexible tickets to travel in Murray’s bus. Unfortunately our flight was late and our luggage came late, so we were not able to catch the bus we booked on. We attempted to call Murray on the number in their website nearly 12 times, unfortunately the call didn’t go through. Later when we came out of the airport we went to catch the next bus and they didn’t give the permission for us to get in . They told us to book new ticket with full fare to catch the next bus. Even the next bus had plenty of seats available even. We told them what has happened and we attempted to call them, they even didn’t listen to us and said that they cannot give us the refund. We contacted the Canberra office they said the same. They told we cannot travel in Murray until we book new ticket with full fare. Any way they left without us. In 10 minutes Flix bus came and they allowed us to travel in their bus. Thank you Flix bus. The service is really great. The Flix bus is very neat and clean has more leg space. Strongly recommend everyone to use Flix bus, really good services. They are so kind and considerate.
I love guys the service you provide. Clean buses, running smoothly and on time. Please, don't raise your prices more than plane tickets. I remember when a ticket was 40$ from Sydney to Canberra. The rest of it is at high level.
Bloody good coaches. Nice seats. The driver told us all about the water levels in Lake George. I like that kind of zest for life. Please include a small, visual map of where the Sydney-Canberra departure bays and office is on the webiste, and even ticket. Even a photo is not overkill. Thankyou!
