Reliable & Comfortable TravelnnI use Murrays Coaches frequently these days when traveling between Sydney and Canberra, and it’s consistently a great experience. The buses are clean, comfortable, and punctual, making the journey smooth and stress-free.nnThe drivers are professional and friendly, and the ride is always safe and well-managed. There's free Wi-Fi and charging ports, which is super convenient for staying connected on the go. It’s also great value for money, especially when booked in advance.nnHighly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable and comfortable intercity travel option in Australia!
The service was fine, the bus was fine, the driver was fine.nnBut it would be nice to know ahead of time when booking the 1:00am bus from Canberra to Sydney Airport for an early flight that you will have to wait around outside with creepy weirdos who will sexually harass you, since the indoor waiting area closes at 6:00pm per posted signage. This also means you won’t have access to a toilet while waiting, which makes it no mystery why the outside area reeks of urine. I’m aware they don’t own the station and likely have little influence over the closing time, but passengers should be aware of it before they actually get here.
Comfortable, reclining seats, seatbelt and WiFi on some of the coaches. Efficient between Sydney and Canberra. Express Service and Toilet onboard. No hot food or beverages allowed. Seats are allocated. Helpful staff.
I am writing to formally express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of the Murray bus driver on 5 January 2025.nnMy husband and I were picked up from Sydney International Airport at approximately 8:25 AM that morning. During our journey to Canberra, I witnessed an exemplary act of professionalism and teamwork when our driver stopped along the Hume Highway to assist a colleague—another Murray bus driver—whose bus had become stranded.nnI was truly impressed by how your driver immediately stepped in to help troubleshoot the issue. Together, both drivers worked diligently to resolve the problem and successfully get the stranded bus moving again, rather than simply waiting for technical assistance. This initiative was especially commendable given the circumstances, as it was extremely hot along the highway and time was clearly of the essence for the passengers involved.nnTheir calm approach, problem-solving skills, and willingness to support one another reflect a high standard of service and dedication to passenger care. Acts like these do not go unnoticed and greatly enhance the trust and confidence passengers place in your company.nnPlease extend my heartfelt thanks and commendation to both drivers for their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to service excellence!
I love guys the service you provide. Clean buses, running smoothly and on time. Please, don't raise your prices more than plane tickets. I remember when a ticket was 40$ from Sydney to Canberra. The rest of it is at high level.
