I have enjoyed every session I have had at F45 Braddon so far. Flashing back to my first day, I was feeling like I am going to puke after the high intensity exercise, but Rachel was attentive enough to come and check on me. Rather than quitting after that experience, I decided to continue and now have found it’s a lot easier to endure those difficult workouts mainly just because of all the amazing coaches and members. The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient in instructing me to do all the movements correctly as a HIIT newbie while the other members have been very friendly and supportive. Joining F45 Braddon is one of the best decisions I have made in 2022, and I would always recommend it to anyone who is looking for a life changing fitness experience.
Been to few gyms over the years but never stuck to them longer than a few weeks. I’ve been at F45 Braddon for 3 years and love it. I have seen great results but also made so many amazing life long friends. I’m 50 but all my gym buddies keep me young! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at any other gym but always have fun here! As Canberra is such a transient city it really feels like we’re all family. The coaches friends are amazing on technique correction and motivation. After each class we all go for a coffee, there’s no better way to start the day :-
Such a warm welcome to the club and every session by the trainers and other class members. Most important to me is the great focus by trainers to explain every station activity to get the best form throughout the session. I have never enjoyed resistance training before joining F45 Braddon now I look forward to every session.
I've been a member for 4 years - it's easy to stay consistent so you don't have to worry about the fickleness of motivation, and the changing workouts keep it interesting. The social aspect at the Braddon gym is unique, and not something I've experienced at other gyms/studios/boxes etc., in Canberra.
Fantastic workouts no matter what you are working on. I completed the 8-week challenge and saw myself improve in my strength and cardio. The trainers push you to go above your initial limits to further better yourself.
The past month or so with F45 Training Braddon have been absolutely awesome! The staff are very friendly and professional, the workouts change frequently and mix between cardio and weight focused. Additionally, the nutrition advice and other helpful tips set them apart from other gyms. I have been extremely happy with my results so far and look forward to continuing with my training here.
Its my first week and I took all 5 days classes and enjoyed training .The beauty of the F45 training Braddon is that instructors give individual attention and correct your posture . They are all very friendly and approachable . However the diet plan on app is not feasible , it’s detailed and confusing and can’t be implemented in true spirit . I think like body scan ,instructors can give simple diet plan according to different individual needs and different diet plans for different ethnic origin . I hope F45 will address this issue and play-it’s due role in attaining it’s goal of healthy and fit Australian society .
A really great workout environment, very inclusive and open to all. The programmes are fantastic, changing daily, and work your whole body. The trainers are super involved and motivating whilst also putting a lot of attention on doing all the movements right to avoid injury and build up strength and confidence. I noticed a huge difference after just 30 sessions and would recommend to anyone looking to get fit again but unsure how to go about it or for anyone looking to maintain fitness :
I absolutely love training at F45 and my experience at the Braddon studio the past year has been fantastic. The trainers are really dedicated and have pushed me to challenge myself during the workouts. They're always finding new ways to make training fun and interesting by running mini weekly and monthly challenges. Overall, I have found it to be a welcoming place to workout.
