Simon is a great coach. I've been seeing him for years, and have seen massive improvements in my strength, and the way my body moves, thanks to his guidance. Simon excels at working with you to develop programs to help get you to your goals. He's also great at developing programs which work around any limitations you might have in terms of physical ability, time available for training, or access to equipment. If you are looking for someone to help meet your fitness goals, whatever they might be, Simon is your man.

I've been training with Simon for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! He uses his depth of knowledge of the human body and how we move (or should move!) to build strength and improve mobility. He always listens and adapts workouts for what is going on with my body at the time, while also continuing to push my ongoing physical improvement. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Simon The Coach, or as they say in France, Simon Le Coach, has been an amazing trainer who has helped me transform my desk-job back and shoulders into a force to be reckoned with. After 10 years of ongoing neck and shoulder pain (despite 10 years of yoga training), with Simon I was able to progressively build overall strength and a better understanding of how I could use fitness and weights training to improve my yoga and repair old injuries. I'm also no longer scared of weights training at the gym, which wasn't a goal of mine but I'm happy to know how to lift weights like a pro (or semi-pro). I highly recommend Simoni as a PT (and life coach).

Simon is an experienced, professional and passionate personal trainer. He's worked with children and adults with a diverse range of experiences, fitness levels, and needs. A great coach for anyone who is looking for a coach that listens, cares, and works at your pace to achieve your goals.

Excellent coach - I've been training with Simon for a number of years now. Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with individuals with injuries (and helping you to overcome them).
