What a disgusting set of men's toilet facilities for people travelling to and from our national capital city.nnThis appalling aspect of the centre is redeemed somewhat by the excellent Murrays express bus service.
Absolutely disgusting from the security guard kicking people out of the terminal smack bang at 6pm when buses are still arriving. If your gonna close make when buses stop arriving and leaving. Plus teach your security guard on some bloody manners
What a disgrace. While the facilities public toilets, cafe, convenience store are all there, the place if absolutely filthy. An embarrassment for Canberra tourism.
Easy and convenient to get in from Sydney and quickly connect to tram or local bus services with minimal wait times.
If you expect big signs and tourists in this Tourist Centre, you could be quite wrong. Although I first came here from Sydney on April 30, 2018, finding it again on May 2, 2018 from a different direction with the GPS assistance was still difficult. Fortunately, I recalled it was just next to Hotel Ibis and looked for Murrays and Greyhound coaches parked outside it!
