AMAZING staff, I was with Wendy over the phone for over 15 minutes. She tried her utter best to help me. Though given my circumstances, she couldn't figure out a ticket for me. But still thanks for your time.

I needed a cyrrency conversion desk and found there was a Travellex desk in this store. The location reported in Google Maps was totally incorrect. The exchange rate offerred was horrendous but it was urgent. 3 stars for being there and being open

Good Wendy is a Divinity, but when she is not on site, Chaos Reigns. Lucida broke every customer rule in the book. I begged her to allow me to pay my$700 but she just had to go home. Consequently my fares to Melbourne were paid twice. So returning those funds today is mandatory. That failure unleashed a chain reaction that ended up costing my brother and I almost $10,000 Lucida. And that is serious money in anybody's book. My accountant is foaming and my legal mob have feral grins around their teeth. Not good

Absolutely the best. I couldn’t ask for a better travel agent then Narelle Duddy. She is so professional at what she does and has everything organised down to a tea. I wouldn’t go anywhere else where she wasn’t.
