The care I received at TUH especially yesterday was absolutely incredible by all staff. One special mention is to the big tall nurse with a beard and barcode tattooed on the back of his head. Mate, you are a legend. You managed to keep a smile on mine and my family’s face in such a crappy time. You went above and beyond to source some pretty epic pads and formula for my breastfed baby. I couldn’t find the 4.5 star option. But you definitely deserve a 5. Hope this makes your night as you read this over a cold bevy.nThank you
I visit the haematology clinic weekly and girls behind the counter are simply awesome welcoming you with a beaming smiles and those blue chairs are fantastic & very comfortable in waiting room and Dr Royle is simply amazing in letting me know how things are going with my treatment and keeping my spirits up.nAnd yellow shirt volunteers make you feel very welcome & give you a coffee or tea and a biscuit.nProfessional people doing a really fantastic job thank you very much and keep up the excellent work.
If I could I would rate this hospital 0 stars. A guy at the facture clinic pressed on my daughter hand hard enough that Meade her cry and left a fingernail mark on her wrist. She been crying for the past 4 hours, do not recommend - I’d rather go private then face the TUN orthopaedics team again
I have never felt more humiliated! the staff loudly discussing patients confidential information in the hallways, treating you like a burden instead of patient and snap at every question if they even answer at all.
Outstanding care provided to our mum over many years, from the ED to Medical Ward 1, Renal Dialysis Unit and everywhere in between. We have nothing but gratitude for everyone working here under lots of pressure. Thank you.
