Took my new puppy there to get vaccinated,they were really friendly and nice and even though they had an emergency happening there at the same time,they explained the situation and we were still seen very quickly with minimum delay.. they were very gentle with my puppy have her treats throughout her checkup and explained everything that they were doing to her. Highly recommended thank you for your great service.
Deep appreciation for the caring team at Greencross Vets Aikenvale for my boy Chowder. He has had a smooth recovery from surgery. I can tell how well he was treated from how happy he gets every time we go there now.
We’ve our dog in today suffering paralysis symptoms, not quite diagnosised yet, but find staff extremely helpful, and Dr Jason very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend this clinic. As far as costs are concerned, there isn’t a cheap veterinary experience, based on the fact the government doesn’t apply Medicare to animals, there are no cheap options, just the right options, and this clinic seem extremely fair.
My cat was having some issues in the litterbox, no big deal just mostly anxieties and some weird behaviour, so a test was all we needed and to be reassured she didn’t have a fever. They got us in for an emergency appointment which was awesome, told us to come in at 1pm because surgeries would finish by then, we were waiting until 2:30 just to be treated like idiots by a doctor who tried to oversell me meds to ‘help’. The receptionist was also rude, I was in a rush and she told me to not be so ‘abrupt’ because they were trying to help us… Would never recommend this Greencross, Fairfield or Hyde park are much better options and I have never been treated like this with other locations.
Not happy , reception ladies were awesome and nice dealing with me having a meltdown , the fella we had was rude and uncanny he didn't examine my dog properly and was to concerned about my son being loud , and still stung me a fee 2 weeks on my dog still has sores and I have taken him to another vet and they have treated him for something completely different, instead of worrying about the child examine my dog properly and you would of found more sores and scabs that wernt visible
Lovely empathetic staff, and straight forward vetinarians who thoroughly discuss different options and pathways for treatment. Decent prices, highly recommend.
The man I saw was very unfriendly, rude and had no compassion for our animal. Definitely do not recommend going here

Green cross Vets Aitkenvale have been the best in looking after our pet dog Ruby and have been very friendly, professional and caring.
Very friendly. Pet friendly as well. They weren't worried about the amount of hair my dog left on their floor lol genuinely care for the animals
