Located in the former grand ballroom of the Queen Victoria Building, The Tea Room QVB is open daily for a la carte lunch and a decadent high tea service. The venue can also be booked exclusively for weddings and private events.

Story

The Tea Room QVB was established in 1997 by Owner and Operator Manuel Spinola. In the past ten years The Tea Room QVB has evolved into one of Sydney's most beautiful dining establishments.

Located in what was once the original Grand Ballroom of Sydney's landmark Queen Victoria Building, The Tearoom epitomises unparalleled style and grace. Renovated in 2006 by Designed Annette Park, The Tea Room QVB boasts modern luxury features in a unique heritage setting.

General Manager Mark Holmes, previously of Salt Restaurant drives a team of highly sought after industry professionals to deliver the ultimate dining experience. Head Chef Rob Crichton's passion for serving fresh seasonal Australian produce ensures fine food accompanied by friendly professional service.

Traditional morning and afternoon tea is offered daily along with an a la carte lunch menu. The venue is available for exclusive breakfast, lunch, full day or evening hire.

Beautiful place to visit and relax with friends. Exceptional service with an endless pot of tea. An excellent variety of food to eat from savoury to scones and sandwiches. Will definitely be going back again!

Great place to relax and chill with friends. Food was tastier than expected, especially the scone and the sweets.

First time high tea experience, the staff were accommodating and very professional when it came to service. They have a decent range of teas. I enjoyed the ambience and old style decor but of the QVB. Adds to the high tea experience in my opinion.

Absolutely amazing! the decor for Xmas and the Christmas deserts were amazing! surprised 3 girls with this for Xmas and they enjoyed it! the service was top from the moment we walked in. The sparkling high tea is recommend. Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone into High Tea.

Lovely High Tea, great venue really nice setting, food was great !!! Scones were super light n fluffy
