Food was excellent! Very fresh. Highly recommend the pan fried fish and chowder. Also tried the crumbed fish and fish&chips. Were also good. Service was prompt and friendly. Situated next to the waters, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset after our dinner. Highly recommended. I will return.

Food and service is great. Seafood Chowder is as good as my partner's recommendation. I also like the butter they offer in Seafood Chowder. Location is good. You could have great view When You are dining.

Food is so superb, appetizing and aromatic. Food ranges from 20+ NZD. Staff are also very friendly, they gave my nephew something to play with and took a photo of us then made sure to take a lot of photos as one of the staff said "just to be sure". Atmosphere is nice too especially if its sunny. Perfect scenery during sunset.Food: 5/5

Great venue, by the seaside. Always delicious food, favourites are the pork belly burgers and the platter for 2 . If you like seafood, there is plenty of yummy seafood dishes on the menu. If you like pizza, lots of scrumptious pizzas cooked to perfection  Great coconut mojitos too  another must try if you haven't been.

What wonderful service we had from friendly staff!  The food was delicious! I had heard about the seafood chowder - absolutely one of the best in Nelson. Served with a delicious bread roll... I only ordered the small size and I was very satisfied with that!   The rice dishes were great too - crispy chicken or sticky prawns - on point! The salads were simple but delicious with the ponzu dressing and mayonnaise...  The fish platter had a great selection for two. We possibly ordered too much though. All of us were happy with our meals and were full before starting on the platter!  My iced chocolate was a decadent way to end the meal with great company, nice atmosphere, perfect setting for a place to eat out on a special occasion...

Loved the place.  We went out to take out our uncle for lunch because of everything that he has been going through currently in life. He really had a good time.  He was very pleased with the ambience, the portion and quality of food. Our server was a very cheerful lady and she treated us very warmly and took care of uncle.  We started off with drinks, then had bread and Dips and ordered our own mains.  I ate the linguini pasta, my husband the fish - seafood is the specialty of the restaurant and uncle ate beef because he doesn't get to cook much at home.  We were so full that we couldn't even move or order desert.  Shall visit again

We came hungry and left happy. Across the four of us we had fish cakes x2, cerviche and a rice bowl with crispy fried chicken pictured. Enjoyed by all concerned. Thank you.

Wonderful and cosy place to eat next to the port in Nelson. Tasty seafood plate. Fair prices. Try the crispy pork belly in next visit.

Friendly staff, great food, excellent service! What a spot, eating dinner on a wharf. A must if you are visiting Nelson. Closed on Monday / TuesdayRecommended dishes
