This is the most authentic pizza I have had so far in New Zealand. The home made base is thin and crispy, and for the toppings they use great quality ingredients and in abundance. In many restaurants in NZ they try to sell the pizza as something fancy, but pizza is suppose to be just simple yet delicious food, and that's exactly what you get at Stefano's Pizzeria. The restaurant's settings is very simple, but as soon as you see the Italian chefs throwing the dough up to the air to stretch it and you smell the pizza coming out of the oven you know you are there for a treat. Definitely next time I visit Nelson I will stop by at Stefano's.

Went there for lunch on a Saturday, excellent food, great selection of pizza and fantastic value for money. Be warned the pizzas are huge! I had a small pizza and couldn't finish it. Highly recommended to all pizza lovers!
