Lovely food. We had sea food chowder which was really nice. Didn't have to wait long for food to come out once we ordered. Staff were very good.

We always go here on our annual trip back to NZ. Always high standard of food, kids love their choices too. Only issue was tonight it was really busy and they were short staffed front of house with a new chef. Meals really late coming but beautifully prepared and delicious. And of course the beer is lovely!

Great atmosphere, service and meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The meals were fantastic. Entree of prawns was generous and cooked well with a beautiful spicy sauce on the side. I had the Flintstone rib eye steak for my main and it was huge and cooked exactly how i like it medium rare. Heaps of veges with it too.The only minor downside was that they said we couldn't eat at the bar leaners/tables and watch the Commonwealth games as no tv where we were seated. This was a shame as that's what we came in for on a cold rainy night.

Food was absolutely devine, great atmosphere, staff were lovely and the music was great too! Will definitely visit again. Would give more stars if I could!

Beautiful restaurant, plenty of seating, and a wide variety of beers. Food is delicious and the staff were prompt and friendly however did have a slightly poor experience with the counter staff. Would recommend the ribs and loaf.
