Worst service I have experienced sorry. The same person that took my money put the pizzas in the warmer 5 mins later. I waited 20 mins and asked if it was mine and no one bothered to say anything. Management needs a wake up call if this is the normalFood: 3/5
Extremely poor customer service. Very rude guy handling the pizzas. My pizza was missing a mushroom topping for which I paid extra and upon bringing up the issue at the counter got no apologies let alone any resolution.
Wow awesome Pizza. Surprisingly good service, the Indian chap manager/owner? is always friendly and efficient. Love the thin crust. Have been to Italy, and no joke, this is the closest I've had to pizza in Tuscany... hard to believe!
We were served by a staff member on their first day, working by themselves. They appeared to find the till difficult to work and had to ask for our order several times. We were told the order for two pizzas would be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, we were told it would take another 30 minutes for the dough to prove for our New York style pizza. In the end we agreed on two large pizzas in exchange for NY pizza. All up the total experience from starting our order to getting our two pizzas, took 45 minutes. The other person waiting in the store for an order was given the wrong order. A total waste of time for takeaway pizza. We will not be returning.
Ordered pizza with no tomato. Pizza had tomato. Husband couldn't eat. We were half way to Picton when I realized. Rang store and the staff member was about as useful as a wet rag.
Why wont it let me give zero stars... They dont even bother making pizzas that have been ordered. On the dominos train 100%
We tried the limo. It was a busy Friday night, so there was quite a wait, even after ordering online first. Tasted great.Food: 4/5
The service was excellent but they seemed to have missed my mushrooms on my bacon ham anyway and mushroom pizza the base is beautiful
Much better now with new owners. New makeover and staff has made this place the best fast food pizza place in town.
Great for take away pizza. Large variety to choose from
