The Running Company - South Adelaide is the home for all runners and walkers of all ages and abilities in the southern area of South Australia.
Being local runners with global knowledge, we love where we live and love to share our knowledge and passion to help you stay injury free and achieve your goals.
As with ALL Running Company stores in Australia, we utilise full digital gait analysis to asses your foot ankle and lower limb mechanics, then tie this back to the correct range of shoes, then back on the treadmill to reassess the effect of the shoe on the foot.
