Always friendly staff. It's amazing some of the things they sell here: not just a sewing shop.

Purchased blinds which turned out to be incorrect for the Windows measured Told we had 28 days for a refund,decided to return them the same day Had nothing but dramas from the staff and then the manager who had said we had a different size blind than the one on the receipt The manager was so rude and had said I should tell you to leave and on any other day he would Was after a refund and not dramas We were made to stay in the store for 20 minutes sorting out such a minor refund Not impressed by the customer service AT ALL AND THE WAY THE MANAGER BLAMED HIS STAFF MEMBER FOR A MISTAKE TOTALLING $20? The blind had a incorrect tag on it. VERY POOR SERVICE I WILL TRAVEL TO MELROSE PARK SPOTLIGHT FOR FUTURE PURCHASES
