Useless at cutting curtains by the metre and fabric straight!nThey even have a marker on the desks to line things up and they still can’t do it! They don’t usually care either. None of them have smiled or chatted happily.nI worked in curtains and fabrics for almost 14 years and loved it and took pride in cutting and we didn’t have markers on the desks just a measuring rule and we learnt and did it. A bit of effort and time and value your customers and the money they spend with you!nIf I cut any fabrics at an almost triangle shape or even slightly jagged, my boss would have had me correcting it in no time or no job!nOne of the workers is a right sarcastic rude lady too! Not on lace curtains by the metre I may add though. Spent hundreds in there!nI was taught to do a good job and could do it easily. NEVER AGAIN will I want curtain fabric there. Better places to purchase from.
Clean & easy to navigate. Yarn is plentiful, though specialist yarns like merino wool are regularly out of stock, but replenished very quickly which I appreciate! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a mix up with our online order, which the salesperson Isabella was more than happy to help us with. No issue with the exchange, the refund to Apple Pay, and the whole thing was sorted in less than 5 minutes. We are very appreciative of the help; thank you.
Walked in knowing nothing what I walked in for Asked for help and was Greated by a very Obliging Lady with a great knowledge of the product and help me find the best deal , Walked out Feeling Very Satisfied ,nThank you Very Much and I will be back again
I might be a bit bias here because I really enjoy Spotlight stores. Staff have always been friendly and helpful when needed. Good quality products but can be pricey.
