Had organized my son's first Holy Communion at the RH last June.nReally appreciate the effort put into this by your team. Amazing! Rachel was prompt with the communication. Stacey sat down with me to select the menu for the day, made recommendations and also created our own little menu with a rosary printed in the background. Felt so special.nAll the guests loved the venue and the food. Even the coffee nThank you guys!
Possibly the best Vegan Cauliflower Popcorn I have ever had. So so so good. I'd go back over and over again for this if I lived closer.nFollowed by a great band to dance the calories away.
We always have an amazing experience at the Royal Hotel. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always amazing. Tracey and Dave and their crew have put so much into our local making the atmosphere awesome and just an overall good experience.
A friend and I visited for lunch on a Tuesday—it was our first time here, and we were encouraged by the positive reviews. I’ll start with the good: the waiter provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing.nnWe were the only customers in the bistro, yet the atmosphere was uninviting—there was a strong musty, unpleasant smell that reminded us of a toilet. The space felt old and worn. Despite being the only ones there, our meals took 30 minutes to arrive, which we found surprising.nnThe food didn’t live up to expectations. My pork schnitzel was dry and very thin, served with a pasta salad that tasted like something you’d find pre-made at a supermarket. The chicken schnitzel on the other plate was okay in flavour but very small—barely the size of a palm—accompanied by just a few chips and salad.nnWe spent $70 and left still feeling hungry. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place based on our visit.
You walk through the door they are so friendly and chatty. Keen to help you out. Have a laugh, lovely place. Meal was great. $65 platter, we were not expecting a lot, we were wrong. Did us in, huge meal for 2.. plus had cheese bacon and garlic bread. So full
