We shared a foot long classic chicken sub. The Italian bread was nice. The 'classic chicken' was a piece of crumbed chicken, which reminded me of a frozen crumbed fish fillet from the supermarket frozen food isle. The salad range was reasonable but didn't pair well with the chicken or the mayonnaise. Neither my son nor I enjoyed the sub. Although there's a large range of sub options. I think salami would possibly have been better. $22 for a sub, 600ml coke, and a cookie was expensive, I thought. I didn't like it personally. Still, it is healthier than a hamburger.
Disappointed with the service.nThe staff isn't well trained and lack of products knowledge.nI have an online order and I went to the store to pick it up, the lady who came out from the storeroom said oh, I will prepare your subway now. The main purpose of ordering online is to make it convenient for the customer and I don't want to spend unnecessary time waiting in the queue. They obviously don't bother and make you wait.nVeggies Delite with Avo, but there is no Avocado in my subway. When I asked them, they referred back to the order sheet, they have no idea why I asked for avocado.nPoor service. Last they added the leftover avocado from the salad counter that does not even meet two teaspoon sizes of an avocado. Also, the staff had no intention to refill the avocado.nThe Subway feedback seems useless to me. No one takes action since I provided the feedback.
We went there for lunch and order footlong subs for kids and I requested the staff to cut and pack it separate so that my both kids can have half 6 inches each as they cannot eat the whole footlong . The staff was so rude and say they cannot pack it separate because their owner told them to not to pack it separately . I hope owner can read this comment and please explain what is the reason for not packing the footlong in half. Also I would like to give this feedback to subway Australia regarding this store because we regularly go to subway but never told by any staff member which is told by this bacchusmarsh store .
there were no dips in my subway just veggies.nI asked them to put three dips but the staff is so untrained they dont even know how make a subway there were only few drops of the dips.nUntrained or uneducated staff.nknows nothing about customer service or product.nuneducated people buying franchises thats why brand is loosing the quality of the food.nso disappointed.neven the owner was rude and unprofessional was talking to the staff in such sick manner that staff had no confidence in doing their jobs.
Placed an online order, my salad had barely any meats or the extra pineapple I paid for. Also, instead of getting 500ml drink I got the 250ml, to which I called them & I was told reason was because sometimes they don’t have the drink available. I asked do I get the difference refunded, they did say I could come in & get the one I ordered, though I haven’t tried doing so yet.nPretty shit place in the regards of feeling like they do whatever they can to save every single penny possible to the customers detriment
