I kept my expectations low (I've been burnt before with Indian food - literally and figuratively), but was pleasantly surprised with my meal from Royal Indians in Bacchus. We had a chicken and vegetarian dish, neither of them gave us the heartburn or gross feeling that I often get after having Indian food (or pizza, or fish and chips). Everything was tasty and fresh. I'm impressed!

Food tastes great. Butter chicken is mild yet tasty, and there are options like ghost spices for those who like it a bit hotter. The food may be a little sweet for those who prefer traditional Indian, but it is delicious.

We've bought from this restaurant regularly over the last year. Tonight we placed an order via their website which they say failed and required us to provide proof that we'd ordered which we had as we'd received confirmations. Another customer had the same thing happen, they were given free items, we didn't even get an apology. The meal arrives home and they'd got the spice levels mixed up, not for the first time. My partners hot meal arrived mild, my mild dish hot. While we find the food from Royal Indian tasty, we've not found them friendly or pleasent to deal with.

The food is really nice but to keep customers waiting while doing things in the kitchen and not keeping an eye out for customers. One way to loose customers.

Food is absouletly Crap , all rubbish its not at all Indian food , Disgusting service , Racist , there is no option for -ve score . I would rate this -10 ... Never ever visit this Place
