The food is great here but the service is very poorly and lacks any overseeing management to ensure things are done correctly. Won't be coming back due to a lack of good management of staff and poorly trained waitresses. If you're willing to wait for service then the food is good, but after a 30 minute wait only to watch another table seated right next to us and still no service after asking for it twice and being told they'd "be right back", We left. Old management was consistent and service used to be great.

Went to Back to Bacchus for the first time won't be going again, service was terrible, after a long long wait for my meal two black hairs in my food, none of the kitchen staff were wearing hairnets.

Food was adequate, good portion size. However service was sub-par. Was left standing waiting to be seated in clear view of a few bar staff who were only cleaning glasses for a good while before eventually having to approach them myself to inquire about a table. Was given some menus and told to take a seat at any free table and someone would come soon to take order. It was not soon... That said when our order was finally taken the kitchen staff were very quick with cooking it. Chefs 4 stars. Wait staff 1 star
