Great range of machines and equipment, friendly staff and the pricing is really good !
I have a pass which gives me access to a number of large gyms in the area, my preference is always the Ridge. While the gym is not a big one, it is well set out, has a good range of both free and machine weight, a good vibe and the facilities are always very clean. There is a separate female only gym if required, and plenty of classes over a wide time frame. It is competitively priced.
Unfortunately they did a huge membership drive with great prices which included classes, now sold to new management and told nothing would change, but guess what? no classes now. Disappointed to say the least.
Great gym, lots of free weights, machine weights, Treadmills & Bikes. Huge variety of fitness classes. The Staff are awesome. Top class facility
Kept on deducting money from my account after I'd cancelled my membership, clearly the same business strategy as the old business which went bankrupted and were selling yearly memberships memberships to customers when they where about to close.
Great gym , nice equipment ,always clean and tidy
Great staff with quiet location allowing you to perform your exercise on time
Good choice and availability of machines. Has women only room as well.
Lot of work need to be done streamlining as in and payments
Awesome gym , great complex
