Sat at outdoor tables. They were dirty. Hadn't been wiped down for a while. The condiments on the table were in dirty jars. The slice ordered was old, hard and very dry. Didn't even come with a dollop of cream. The iced coffee was plain. The scoop of ice cream was icy. The drink itself didn't have any cocoa or syrup sprinkled over it. Looked plain and tasted plain. Disappointing for the $7 it cost. On the up side-staff were friendly. 
Only second time here. The first time 3 months ago was a much better experience.  Very disappointing this visit.

Excellent coffee and great service. Limited menu choices, but done exceptionally well.

Great options for food. Brekkie and lunch. Coffee is awesome. I had the Cartel Cold Brew and it was one of the best I've every tasted.

Great coffee and excellent food. Friendly staff and great place to bring kids. Love this place

Bacon was wrapped up like a roll - tasted like buffet bacon - should be explained by the staff.
 Coffee was good! Staff are very friendly.
