Coffee is amazing. Philly cheese steak in baguette was divine! We also loved the kangaroo pie and the salad. Full of flavours. Would love to come back when visiting Geelong again.
The most satisfactory brekky i had in a very long time.nHad the fritters and everything on the plate just bursting with really goood flavours. Fritters were perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. The coriander emulsion was so good. Wish they added a little more of that on the plate but it was more of a garnish but really tasty. Serving size was generous too. Vibe is very rustic and loads of natural light. Would love to come back to try other things on the menu
Incredible food, we got the Croquettes and Bacon as well as the Strawberry and Lime Crepes. The Croquettes needed a little more seasoning but the regular bacon was delicious and the Crepes were fantastic. Heavy for only one person to eat, but great to split. The lime was a great acid balance but not overpowering. The crepes were soft and stuffed with cream. Definitely would recommend Box Office Cafe if you're in Geelong.
Stumbled across the Box Office Cafe on a trip out to Geelong. Clearly a favourite of the locals, it was a Saturday morning and it was PACKED. We were a little nervous at the potential wait time as we had places to be, but it was well worth the stop.nnI ordered the Firecracker Chicken Po Boy which was SO good. Impossible to actually get the thing into my mouth as it had so much chicken in it but they nailed it with their in-house firecracker sauce and ranch.nnMy partner ordered the Maple Bacon Cheeseburger which was juicy and delicious. We ended up cutting them both in half as each other's food looked that good also what's the point of being married if you can't go halvies.nnThe Po Boy came with house made crisps and the Burger with hand cut chips which were both great!nnOf the two meals the Po Boy was definitely the winner.nnCoffee and hot chocolate were good as well. Staff were lovely and service was reasonably quick even with how busy they were.
Cute cafe with vegan dessert options! Food was good, the po boy was excellent! Coffee was delicious too. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating of dietary restrictions. Lots of vegan dessert options in the case!nnWe went on a hot day, and it gets a little warm inside though still much cooler than dining outside.
