The Paddock & Brew Company is an American inspired Smoke House Restaurant & Craft Beer Bar. We are committed to supporting our regional community by thoughtfully sourcing our produce locally where possible, to deliver you personally the paddock to plate experience. Our meats are smoked in static wood smoke ovens that have been custom made right here in Mackay. We have a focus on smoking the very best quality meats that are supplied by our passionate butcher, Craig, from Mt Pleasant Meats.
We ask you to be mindful that our smoked meats have a minimum cooking time of 16 hours, to develop the smoky tenderness and depth of flavour that we know you will love. This process cannot be rushed. Therefore we know that there will be times when we may run out of your favourite menu items. We would hope not to disappoint, but if you don’t get what you want, we would hope to see you come back to the Paddock & Brew Company again sometime soon.
