My son goes regularly. Usually during the daytime. We had to go last night. We are moving house.nMy Autistic son was very overwhelmed. I requested to the staff to get the Disabled toilet key. A member said. There's no key. I said there is. Nothing. My son ran off. I asked another member of staff. Finally got it.nIt being N.Y Eve. Was busy, and there didn't seem to be enough Staff on..nMy son usually spins the top of the stool. He dragged the stool for a matter of seconds. Then, he couldn't push it back. He rolled it. I had to leave the service desk. I went over to tell him. That spinning was okay. I was too late.nThe Manager took the stool off him. I said, he's Autistic. You have created a huge problem. She said. I know, he's disturbing others. It was a matter of minutes before I could pay and get my take away..Then my son tried to retrieve the stool. And another member of staff with a very stern look moved it further away. I said, you have no idea.nMy son was upset. Had a meltdown, wouldn't walk to the car. Sat on the pavement. Another customer helped me carry my food to the car. It was all so unnecessary.nTo stop him spinning something that was quiet..he wasn't damaging it. He does it all the time.nI spoke with the Manager via phone. I was righteously angry. She claimed to have experience with Autism. She didn't handle it properly..I went back into get a fork. I was asked if I was okay by a few customers..nThe Manager said. I could order from the car. I said, I was going to. My son needed the toilet.nThe solution is to ban my son due to the lack of understanding. Yet, it's okay for other children to misbehave. The said. She wasn't judging.
2nd time in a matter of months ordering through the Zambrero app to avoid queues . 1st time I ordered 30 mins before collecting only to arrive and find that the order had not been made. You would expect them to put a rush on the order but it wasn’t until another 20mins later that my order was ready. 2nd time, wary from the first experience I checked the progress of the order. 30mins had passed and no progress so I rang the store to check they had the order. They informed they had the order and would be making in 5 minutes. So 40 minutes had elapsed from ordering to being ready and probably only because I rang the store to make sure it was made or I would again be waiting. Not bad for fast food
Good location. Staff was efficient friendly and helpful. Made up my meal exactly the way I wanted. The meal was prepared with good attention and the person serving me took pride in the preparation and ensuring I was happy with the end product.nnThe meal was perfect and tasty.nnWill eat here again.
Kids nachos was cold except for a small amount of cheese on top. Broken toys in kids area with sharp edges please check these, I did show the manager and throw some outnMy bowl and hubby's wrap were good, but not stunning.nClean space.nI had to ask the poor staff member to start again, as she added the 2 allergens I asked her not to. She was distracted I think the owner arrived, & someone announced their pregnancy congrats BTW so I don't hold it against her. I did ask if she could please change her gloves, and she said it wasn't practise. A little concerning tbh
Had Mexican for a change to usual stuff. Enjoyed each and every Nachos and the sauce - Red Chilli. Ended up having a clean take away container with nothing left. There was nothing that went to the bin other than the empty container. Tried Nachos with Chicken and looking forward to have other specialities they have like Burritos and Tacos. Friendly staff they have and lots of dining spaces..
