In Court and the Community, Senior Commissioner Susan Dixon makes decisions favouring companies’ over-development. SC Susan Dixon ignores community objections and residential concerns & dismisses the protective policies enacted by Local Government. This is unacceptable, in my opinion.
Unless I have significant extra funds this body will do nothing for me. Getting assistance from a Government body is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Incredibly time consuming and frustrating. Is anyone listening?
Judge Moore favours company-based developments and ignores complaints by residents, School and Council. Companies can do whatever they like; however, residential protests and concerns are ignored in the process. That is reveals a biased undemocratic process, adversely affecting honest hardworking citizens.
They do not deserve even one star, agree with all the reviews in Moss Vale we call them the Developers Court because in our case they did not listen to any residents concerns we were completely ignored and granted the development,so NSW government needs to do something about these people.
Senior Commissioner Susan Dixon ensures that developers get their way despite community concerns and Council objections against development.
The Court/Commissioners support foreign developments in residential areas, but not the rights and objections of local citizens, the Local Government/Council, the Church and Schools. Something needs to be done so that ordinary people are protected!
As the businesses who operate at Wakefield Park Raceway started to recover after COVID lockdowns, this court just decided to only let the track operate for four days per month. Apparently this is appease people who chose to live within earshot of a racetrack. This puts the businesses at risk, jobs at risk and the enjoyment had by thousands of people here at risk.
SC Dixon does not deal well with complaints by residents against over-development- and ignores rate payers concerns and favours dodgy bad developments. In my opinion, this is inappropriate.
Another government office staffed with useless people. Frustratingly you call/write and cannot get a straight and consistent answer one something simple like how do you submit additionally information to an application or how do I amend an application. Also at the procedural hearing, was told that the matter was filed under the wrong class. It was the class the LEC staff told me to file it under. What the?!? A serious waste of taxpayers money. Absolutely clueless. I think they need to stop hiring brain dead staff.
I question impartiality when there is particular fellowship between a commissioner and a practitioner involved in proceedings. SC Dixon pressed a course of action which benefited her fellow practitioner. In my view her conduct was unbecoming and inappropriate.
