Went there, for a certificate.
Customer service was quick and great.

The only thing that I did not like is that they had 3 levels of service for a piece of paper :

Immediate issuance - most expensive
Send in the mail - in the middle
Next day issuance - cheapest.

I just don't see why they would charge a premium for running a computer request right now and then rather than on the next day. Without knowing the details, it seems like this is a scheme to make people pay extra for the "luxury" of having a document printed on the day they come. :(

Plus the amount of money they charge for Certificates - which are just glorified pieces of paper is exorbitant.

I advise everyone to lodge applications relating to BDM directly here and not via NSW Services!!! People here know what they doing. Sadly we used NSWS and it made it all more complicated. 

Lady behind the counter helped me a lot. She was bit strict at the beginning but later she was very nice and helpful.
I was waiting for a relationship registration certificate and at the end they helped me ti get it all done in time because my visa was running out and it was all matter of days.

I would like to share my experience that i had with one of the customer service staff named Anna, if i am not wrong. She served me at counter number 4. She is really helpful and caring. She listened to me and help me out from the problem which i were facing to obtained the birth certificate of my twin babies. she fulfilled my enquiry within couple of minutes on the spot after consulting with her supervisor without any extra charges or the fast track service. I just want to thanks to Anna and whole team from front door staff (token provider) to higher management. Everyone is great and highly qualified to serve the customers. At the last, i also want to apologise Anna for the late feedback.

Such great and friendly service. Didn't have to wait long, everyone was so helpful and got my Cert on the spot. 5 stars all the way.!

These people are amazing!! They listened to my situation, and they did everything they could to help me rectify it. They went above and beyond. And I’m great full to the staff for being so understanding and so very helpful. HONESTLY the best experience in chippendale!! Because of them I can now move to my new future :) thank you to all who helped me.
