I woude rate it -5. They took more then 3 hours before calling my name. Also, no ticket system is available, you have wait there for hours and hours before they will assist you

Would give them a -4 if possible. Made to wait 3 hours to lodge a medicare form. Arrived at 8:30am when the doors opened but they forgot to put the name on the list. Complained 3 times until they realised they hadn't put the name on the list. Shocking.

Massive Thank you to Julie who was super helpful and helped me understand the process. Top customer service. Much appreciated. Not so top 'the welcome lady' (short curly hair), I'd look for a career move, looked like she really hates her job.
